Sometimes rambling notes about problems that I have noticed.
The newer ones are first. The older ones haven't neccessarily
been verified recently.

* phys_efi doesn't work on an HP RX2620 and thus the following are broken
  - kexec from xen to linux
  - kexec from linux to xen
  - kdump from xen (to linux)

* xen/include/asm/elf.h: elf_core_save_regs: not implemented

* NMI handling needs attention in both Xen and Dom 0
