* kdump is not working at all, but it was the other day :(
  Seems like it is getting stuck in relocate_kernel() or purgatory
  somewhere.

* xen/include/asm/elf.h: elf_core_save_regs: not implemented

* xen: machine_crash_shutdown()
  Does this need to save the equivalent of x86's
  dom0->shared_info->arch.pfn_to_mfn_frame_list_list ?

* NMI handling needs attention in both Xen and Dom 0

* Does smp kexec work? It seems to for xen->linux, but how is this so?
  xen->xen is broken (see below), though the logs seems to show
  only one cpu comming up.

  -> It isn't working. The original xen is only coming up with 1 cpu,
     due to maxcpus=1 being set.

     Curiously, if this isn't set, the original xen halts on boot
     at the same place as the xen->xen kexec logged below

     xen ia64 smp is broken?

* crashk_res might be (partially) outside of dom0's memory
  this means that it isn't usable for kdump, but is still reserved inside xen
  I guess it should either not be reserved, or dom0's memory
  should be grown. The former is probably cleaner.

* Second kernel halts around vhpt_init when kexecing from xen to xen:

kexec: xen->xen

  This problem goes away if maxcpus=1 is set for the second kernel.
  Curiously the same problem occurs when booting the first xen
  if maxcpus=1 is not set.

  xen ia64 smp is broken?
